Liam has been a taste tester for a baby food cook book, First Foods, that is going to be coming out next summerby Oxmoor House publishing. Thanks to connections with our editor friend, Allison, Liam was able to offer his expert opinion on such foods as apples, beets, squash, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Each day he sampled, we filled out a rating sheet based to record his opinion of the food. He pretty much liked all of it except the broccoli and beets (don't blame you on that one, buddy). A couple of weeks ago, we went for his photo shoot and had a great time. He really hammed it up and was quite the little poser. Who knows what shots will make the book...it was fun to be part of the process, though!
