Liam is obsessed hair. He, like many children his age, loves to pull hair that is long. That's normal. His love of hair goes way beyond normal. He grabs handfulls and puts it in his mouth. And he gets excited and laughs out loud as he's doing it. When he's trying to go to sleep and I have him up on my shoulder, he mouths my hair as if it sooths him. If you want to tickle him and make him laugh, just tickle his face with hair. It's cute until he grabs it and pulls out a bunch of it.
Liam is fascinated with Walker. He loves to chase after Walker who really doesn't enjoy Liam bothering him. When Walker is not in his bed, Liam loves to get in it. He will crawl off and on, off an on and plop right in the middle.
He is really into waving, but not your typical flap your hand kind of wave. He just holds his hand up (almost like he's telling you he's 5 years old) and says "haaaaaaaaaaaaaa" very emphatically. We guess he's saying, "Hi." He does it so randomly, it's hard to capture it on film, but I was able to catch it at Gradie's birthday party.
He's growing up and becoming quite the little person. He definitely has a mind of his own and a will he is happy to exercise. He can be very serious in new situations and environments and studies things to figure out what's going on. And we are definitely learning that he is a sweet, sweet little man who loves to cuddle, nuzzle and give affection. Which, of course, mama loves.
